You’ve Got Options
We have lots of different kinds of birth control available for you. Some are low maintenance. Some are used on a regular schedule. And for some individuals, the options available through the QCK program are the perfect lifestyle fit. You might even be able to get your birth control at no cost. Just set up an appointment and a trained provider will work with you to get you started.
What’s Included In Each Mailing
- Your chosen Birth Control method (Ring, Pill, Patch, or SubQ Depo Self-injection).
- A supply of condoms to help with STI protection.
- Emergency Contraception – just in case!
- Once enrolled, you’ll automatically receive QCK mailings at a regular interval to keep you covered for an entire year. The frequency of your mailings will depend on the method you choose.

Do you have a busy lifestyle and don't want to think about birth control every single day?

Are you looking for a single-dose method that lasts for an entire three months?
The SubQ Depo Self Injection might be the right choice for you. If you're afraid of needles, however, you might be better off with the Pill, Ring, or Patch — but they have to be used more regularly.
Would you like your birth control to help you regulate your periods?
You’re in luck. All the methods available through QCK may be able to help you regulate your periods.
Getting Enrolled in QCK is as easy as 1-2-3
- Schedule a virtual visit or in-person appointment
- Meet with a Planned Parenthood provider
- Automatically receive your QCK kits by mail for an entire year
Once you’re enrolled in QCK, you’ll also have access to low or no-cost health care services including annual pap exams, HPV Vaccine, STI testing and treatment, HIV testing, pregnancy testing, and much more.
We cannot accept private insurance for QCK at this time.
If you are a self-pay patient, you can enroll in QCK with a credit or debit card.

If you answer yes to the following questions, you're eligible to get QCK at no cost to you:
- Are you (assigned at birth) female?
- Are you a U.S. citizen or qualified immigrant?
- Are you a Wisconsin resident?
- Are you seeking contraceptives (pills, patch, depo self--injection, or ring)?
- Do you have a monthly income of $3,284.00 or less?

- Are you already enrolled in Family Planning Only Services (FPOS), Medicaid, or BadgerCare?
